You may park along Ankeny Street, in front of the club.
  • What about exposure to illness?
We notify all participates to stay home if they or their babies are feeling sick. The space is very open, with large ceilings and we spread out. This should also reduce exposure to one another. And always feel free to mask up if that feels more comfortable.
  • Can I bring my baby to group?
    Yes! We encourage it!
  • Can I bring my toddler to group?
No, we love toddlers, but our groups can't support little-big people right now. Just you and your baby.

Anything you or your baby needs to feel comfortable - feeding supplies, comfy clothes, diapers, etc. A blanket for the floor to rest your baby on. Snacks and water for yourself
  • Is it okay if I breastfeed during group?

  • I am nervous, what should I expect of the group?
I know it feels awkward to show up in a new group setting, especially if you are newly postpartum. Expect to be in a circle of 10 other women who are in the same spot as you. You’ll share your highs and lows of the week. Participate as little or as much as you want. We will always have a topic to discuss, and sometimes a speaker from the community.
  • Can I bring my stroller?
Yes, there is a ramp out front to access the front door. There is enough space to park your stroller in the main room of the club.

We are in a large open room at The Laurelhurst Club. We will have folding chairs (with little cushion) and floor cushions to choose from. There are restrooms on site and parking is usually easy to find.
