About the event
Motherhood can sometimes feel isolating and overwhelming, especially during the first few months. Connecting with other moms who are on a similar journey can be very supportive to your mental health during this major transition.
This in-person 8 week session is geared to new or reoccurring moms with babies who are 6 months or younger. We believe it is important to share and support one another when babies are in a similar phase developmentally but also connect with moms who may be a bit further along in their journey to share their knowledge and experiences. We'll discuss topics like feeding, postpartum recovery, relationship changes and pelvic floor therapy. Guest speakers will join us from the community to provide education and resources to support you on your journey. We will meet weekly on Fridays at 12:00pm - 1:30pm at the Pelvic Floor Place in Vancouver, WA.
